Each player may hold only one ph54 account. Duplicate accounts violate PAGCOR rules and these Terms. ph54 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances pending regulatory review.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are supported. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount applies.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Specific requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Bonus abuse or exploitation will result in bonus forfeiture.

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ph54 ("Platform") and any individual ("Player" or "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the ph54 platform at the domain ph54.lat and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.
1.2 By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using ph54 in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
1.3 These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, game rules, or promotional terms that may be published on the ph54 platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game or promotional rules, the specific rules will prevail for that specific context unless otherwise stated.
1.4 If you are using the ph54 platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that person or entity to these Terms and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.
2.1 Age Requirement. ph54 is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and Philippine law. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering or using ph54.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The ph54 platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for players who are located in or are citizens of the Philippines. By using the platform, you represent that your access and use complies with all laws and regulations applicable to your location.
2.3 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to use ph54:
2.4 Age Verification. ph54 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
3.1 To access real-money gaming on ph54, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each person may register and maintain only one (1) ph54 account. The registration of multiple accounts by one individual ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms. ph54 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, and retain any balances pending PAGCOR review.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ph54 will never ask you for your full password. You must notify ph54 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph54 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access that could have been prevented by reasonable security measures on your part.
3.4 KYC Verification. In compliance with PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, ph54 requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. Accepted documents include Philippine national ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PhilHealth ID. ph54 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method.
3.5 You must promptly update your account information if any details change. ph54 accepts no liability for account issues arising from outdated or incorrect player information.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on ph54 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph54 does not accept foreign currency deposits directly.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ph54 currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted methods are subject to change. ph54 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own fees.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya typically reflect instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time depending on the sending institution's processing schedule.
4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals are only processed to verified players who have completed KYC. The name on the receiving payment account must match the name on the ph54 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
4.5 Processing Times. ph54 aims to process withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. ph54 may apply additional processing time during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.
4.6 Source of Funds. By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is your own and has been obtained through lawful means. ph54 complies with Philippine AML legislation and will report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities as required by law.
5.1 ph54 may offer various bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms. ph54 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings where wagering requirements have not been met.
5.3 Abuse. ph54 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotional mechanics in ways contrary to their intended purpose, and placing bets that result in artificially low risk to meet wagering requirements. Evidence of abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
5.4 ph54 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are only available to eligible players as specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.1 All games on ph54 — including slots, live casino games, bingo, keno, and other titles — are governed by individual game rules published on the platform. By playing any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.
6.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) games on ph54 use certified RNG engines that have been independently tested for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate to the testing period and are available for review within the game information panels.
6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or software error during a game round, the round outcome may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. ph54's decision on the handling of technical error events is final.
6.4 ph54 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a software error that resulted in incorrect odds, payouts, or game mechanics being presented to the player.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph54 and may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 All content on the ph54 platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, game assets, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of ph54 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ph54 strictly for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ph54 content without express written permission from ph54.
9.1 ph54 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph54 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 ph54 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions beyond ph54's reasonable control.
9.3 ph54's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection law.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ph54's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ph54's negligence, or for any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
10.1 ph54 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. ph54 strongly discourages the use of the platform as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Any player may request voluntary self-exclusion from ph54 at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will be prevented from registering new accounts on ph54.
10.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Decreases to limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become effective.
10.4 ph54 complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and may restrict or suspend accounts where there is reasonable evidence of problem gambling behaviour.
10.5 Age Restriction. Gambling is illegal for persons under 21 in the Philippines. ph54 will terminate and report any account found to belong to a minor, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
11.1 ph54 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a violation of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) PAGCOR or another competent authority requires account action; (c) the account has been inactive for an extended period; or (d) ph54 is unable to verify the player's identity to its satisfaction.
11.2 Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, ph54 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where the balance is found to be legitimate, it will be returned to the player net of any applicable processing fees.
11.3 Players may close their own ph54 account at any time by contacting support. Any eligible balance at time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing.
12.1 These Terms and all matters relating to your use of ph54 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.2 Any dispute arising between you and ph54 shall first be referred to ph54 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable under ph54's operating license.
12.3 You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
13.1 ph54 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ph54 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of ph54 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using ph54 and may request account closure.
13.3 The version of these Terms displayed on the platform at any given time is the current operative version. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
